Brewing Instructions
Traditional Chinese brew method: Infuse one heaped spoonful of tea leaves per 250 ml at 90°C. The same leaves can be reused up to 5 times. For the first 3 brews, steep for only 45 seconds. Drain the tea from the leaves after each brew. Brew time can be increased for the last few brews. Strain and enjoy.
